Job description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Level University/College Degree is generally required.

  • A minimum 3-6 years relevant working experience is normally required.

  • Thorough knowledge of theories and practices, typically applied to one or more disciplines such as benefits, compensation, staffing, organiszational development, employee relations, operations, etc.

  • Thorough knowledge of assigned area of responsibility, general structure, organization, and business. Applies knowledge of the business to align with business needs and goals.

  • Knowledge of computer programs and corporate systems relevant to the assigned area of responsibility is normally required.

  • Generally, requires the ability to communicate in written and spoken English.

Job Description:

  • Leading the delivery and execution of compensation and benefits programs to meet business objectives aligned to statutory requirements and market competitiveness.

  • Supports Leadership decision-making by recommending new or alternate Total Rewards options (monetary and non-monetary) by analyzing and studying employee requirements, market prevalence, statutory requirement, business affordability and future trends.

  • Lead research and analysis of Total Reward plans through benchmarking analysis & trends and ensure plans remains market competitive.

  • Support M&A integration activities within the area/region by carrying out due diligence activities and act as a central point of contact for all Total Rewards activities for the assigned countries.

  • Work closely with GSC Specialist Center to ensure seamless delivery of newly approved programs / renewal of existing programs and to ensure administrative excellence of total rewards operations, including oversight of benefit programs administration and compliance. Act as an escalation point for TR&S policies and processes.

  • Provide oversight on all compensation and benefits compliance filings, audits and ensure alignment with all applicable risk and governance requirements, benefits contracts, and company policies. Complete total reward audits and annual reporting requirements.

  • Lead the annual total rewards plan renewal process, including evaluation of costs, design reviews, data requirements, and employees’ communications. Coordinate planning, organizing, and directing of the activities related to annual enrollments and changes to existing benefit plan design, changes in processes etc.

  • Prepare, analyze and deliver reporting on trends, program effectiveness, utilization & cost projections to support the recommendation plan changes and ensure program governance.

  • Lead relationships with Total rewards partners/vendors and negotiate with insurance companies, third-party administrators, and consultants to provide quality service and comply with contract terms and conditions.
