Job description

Main Tasks:

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

  • Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance of subcontractors.

  • Keep stock of office supplies and request orders when necessary.

  • Prepare project documentation within one’s scope of deliverables. Ensure all documents and drawings are issued on time with proper quality and consistency in line with the Contract requirements

  • Supports the Site Manager in organizing the day-to-day documentation of activities of project with the subcontractors.

  • Assist the Site Manager in coordinating activities between the subcontractors. Subcontractors are fully informed regarding construction planning activities, product knowledge and safety procedures.

  • Supports the Site Manager in verifying, receiving, unloading and releasing of electrical items based on the approved for construction drawings and documents.

  • Support the Site Project Safety and Security Officer in reporting Hazards, HSE and Security Observations

Qualifications:

  • At least bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

  • Must have at least7 years’ experience working as an engineer; three years of which is in project site engineering

  • Must be fluent in English

  • IT literate with good working knowledge of all relevant Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to work and be stationed in a site environment
