Senior Analyst - Risk Management Services
Job description

Your key responsibilities:
Incumbent will perform secondary research using appropriate tools and resources. Within the scope, you will be required to:
Experience in working efficiently in a busy and fast-paced environment under time pressure
Able to switch between tasks quickly when required and able to manage priorities
Strong communicator including being proactive to reach out to team members and to ask questions
Provide deliverables (e.g. review notes, summaries) to the team manager using tools and email.
Respond to queries from personnel via email and phone in a timely manner.
Monitor the group shared mailbox and hotline and fielding queries to other team members
Assisting and supporting other members within the Independence team as and when required
Respond to ad hoc requests
Skills and attributes:
Problem solving skills
Growth mindset and willingness to learn (including being proactive and open to asking questions)
Intermediate MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Microsoft edge proficiency
Customer service mindset and experience in dealing with difficult situations
Experience of working independently in a remote location.
Sound analytical capability, comfortable with spreadsheets, data manipulation and analysis and contractual agreements
Excellent communication skills including but not limited to active listening, adapting communication style, asking questions, being clear and concise, and giving/receiving feedback.
Meticulous, thorough and systematic
Critical thinking
Independence, compliance or auditing experience is highly regarded
Availability to work during theOceania business hours
(Primarily Australia)
To qualify for the role, you must have:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
3-5 years of experience
in in similar roles preferably incomplianceor
project management/coordination function
Demonstrated ability to interact with leadership, stakeholders at executive level of a firm
Strong Communication skills
Networking and Collaboration
Intermediate knowledge in MS office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ideally, you’ll also have:
Ability to operate and flex in an ambiguous and changing environment to respond to emerging priorities
Experience of working to deadlines and delivering high quality outputs
Ability and willingness to periodically work flexibly e.g., participating in calls outside of standard office hours (early morning/late night) to support our global organization
