Recruitment Account Manager

Hybrid Setup – Mid-shift
Responsibilities:
- Over-all management of all Manila CoRE’s Cost-Per-Hire projects (local and global)
- Implementation of New Clients (Simulation of Team Structure & Headcount Required, SLAs, Scope of Work, Cost Analysis and Recommendation, etc.)
- Manage performance and productivity of all bucketed under CPH team
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders ensuring SLAs are met
- Client Management; serves as the second level point of escalation for operational concerns, first level POC for commercial negotiations
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
- Attend stand-ups, business reviews and all meetings to discuss and provide status updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, Business Management, and/or any other relevant course
- At least 5 years of experience in Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition
- At least 2years of experience as a Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition Lead
- At least 2 years of experience in Offshore Recruiting
- Solid Understanding of how RPO Model works
- Capable to converse and deal with stakeholders of all levels
- Proficient with MS O365 Applications
- Proficient with reports
