Job description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Any undergrad course related

  • 5 years’ experience at least. Inventory management experience is essential.

  • Fast Learner, willing to learn, enthusiast with can do attitude and can work under pressure with minimum supervision

  • Computer literate (Knowledge in ExceL and Microsoft office tools)

  • Good communication skills

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Order Fulfilment, Order Processing, Order Updating/Maintenance/Clean up

  • PCA, Shipment Processing, Release pick list to WH

  • Monitor unposted outbound, delivery in SAP (Daily)

  • Consignment Accounts, POC processing, Replenishment, Invoice Processing, Consignment Billing, POD

  • Invoice Tracker Updating

  • Sales and Customer Care Support

  • Delivery Update, Order Update

  • Mobile Kit Inventory Management & STC Processing

  • Receives Orders

  • Routes and ensure delivery

  • Returns Processing / Credit & Debit Memo

  • Return processing (DR/CN, RE, KR, ZNC/ZRB)

  • Preparation of DN/CN request for approval

  • Secure return goods authorization ref

  • SAP processing of Returns (return pick list / return STO / invoice)

  • Expired items for Write Off

  • SAP Posting (monthly basis)

  • Complaint Write Off

  • Processing of complaint notification form duly accomplished with TW number

  • Creation of Reference Document Number (raise the form for approval)

  • Product Samples

  • Processing of Sample and Demo request
