QUALIFICATIONS:
Any undergrad course related
5 years’ experience at least. Inventory management experience is essential.
Fast Learner, willing to learn, enthusiast with can do attitude and can work under pressure with minimum supervision
Computer literate (Knowledge in ExceL and Microsoft office tools)
Good communication skills
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Order Fulfilment, Order Processing, Order Updating/Maintenance/Clean up
PCA, Shipment Processing, Release pick list to WH
Monitor unposted outbound, delivery in SAP (Daily)
Consignment Accounts, POC processing, Replenishment, Invoice Processing, Consignment Billing, POD
Invoice Tracker Updating
Sales and Customer Care Support
Delivery Update, Order Update
Mobile Kit Inventory Management & STC Processing
Receives Orders
Routes and ensure delivery
Returns Processing / Credit & Debit Memo
Return processing (DR/CN, RE, KR, ZNC/ZRB)
Preparation of DN/CN request for approval
Secure return goods authorization ref
SAP processing of Returns (return pick list / return STO / invoice)
Expired items for Write Off
SAP Posting (monthly basis)
Complaint Write Off
Processing of complaint notification form duly accomplished with TW number
Creation of Reference Document Number (raise the form for approval)
Product Samples
Processing of Sample and Demo request
